On Friday, December 31, 2021, PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna (BAg) held a virtual signing ceremony for the MT Haryono Building Utilization. This MoU represents a synergy in utilizing assets within the PLN Group.
In his remarks, PT BAg's President Director, Ruly Firmansyah, explained that PT BAg plans to develop a plot of land on Jalan MT Haryono, Tebet, South Jakarta, into an office building.
"This development is planned to have 16 floors. We are very pleased if this building can be used by subsidiaries within the PLN Group. Rather than renting from outside, it would be better to utilize this existing asset together," he said.
PT BAg plans to conduct an architectural design study and obtain permits for the office building development in 2022.
Also present at the event were Paranai Suhafsan, SEVP of Assets at PT PLN (Persero), Yuddy Setyo Wicaksono, President Director of PT Indonesia Comnet Plus, Purnomo, President Director of PT Haleyora Power, Didik Sudarmadi, President Director of PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring, and Moh Riza Afandi, President Director of PT Pembangunan Electricity Nasional, Gas & Geothermal.
