#SobatBAg, as a form of concern for environmental issues, PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna (BAg) handed over aid for the Waste Management with BSF Maggots program on Friday (December 24, 2021) in Jatiasih, Bekasi.
In collaboration with Rumah Kami Peduli, this program will be implemented over the next three months, targeting 300 families to participate in waste sorting and benefit from the BSF maggot harvest.
Acting Corporate Secretary of PT BAg, Aditya Yudanto, stated that this activity demonstrates PT BAg's commitment to helping reduce existing household waste management issues and improve community welfare.
"Even though our business is at sea, the waste problem is a shared issue that must be addressed collectively. We are all part of the community," he said.
Refki Abdillah, Director of Rumah Kami Peduli, also expressed his gratitude for PT BAg's initiative to collectively implement the habit of sorting household waste.
