OPEN TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

PROCUREMENT OF MATERIAL COMPOSITION TESTING EQUIPMENT

PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna (PT BAg) will carry out the “PROCUREMENT OF MATERIAL COMPOSITION TESTING EQUIPMENT”, with the following details:

• Scope of Work

Project Name : Procurement of Material Composition Testing Equipment
Scope of Work : Providing Composition Testing Equipment with COM quality, consisting of:

1. Material Composition Testing Equipment complete with software and accessories;
2. Portable Hardness Tester;
3. Training and certification from BAPETEN (Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency) and KAN (National Accreditation Committee)

• Registration and Enrollment Period

1. Start Date : Monday, 15 July 2024 – Thursday, 18 July 2024
2. Time : 08.00 – 16.30 WIB

• Aanwijzing / Clarification Meeting for Bidding Documents

1. Date : Friday, 19 July 2024
2. Time : 09.00 WIB

• The Procurement Team will send the softcopy of the Tender Documents/RKS to Prospective Bidders via email.

• Submission Requirements

1. Participants must send a confirmation email expressing interest in the procurement.
2. All participants are required to attend the aanwijzing meeting for clarification of the bidding documents on the date mentioned above.
3. The procurement team reserves the right to reject the registration of Prospective Bidders if the registration/statement of interest as stated in point 2 above is submitted after the specified deadline.
