PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna (PT BAg) will carry out the “PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2 (TWO) SETS OF 300 FT TUG AND BARGE”,
with the following details:
1. Scope of Work
Name of Work : PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2 (TWO) SETS OF 300 FT TUG AND BARGE
Work Quantity:
The required number of 300 ft Tug & Barge sets for this project is 2 (Two) sets. Prospective providers may offer 1 (One) set or 2 (Two) sets.
The Tug & Barge must be brand new (not used) or currently under construction and must meet the following requirements:
- Have not undergone launching and/or sea trial
- Installed engine & generator must be manufactured no earlier than 2023 and/or have 0 (zero) running hours
- Keel laying (tug boat & barge) must be in 2024
2. Registration and Enrollment Period
- Start Date : Friday, 25 October 2024 – Thursday, 31 October 2024
- Time : 08.00 – 16.30 WIB
3. Aanwijzing / Clarification Meeting of Bid Documents
- Date : Friday, 1 November 2024
- Time : 09.00 WIB
4. The Procurement Team will provide the softcopy of the Tender Documents / RKS to prospective bidders via email.
5. Submission Requirements:
- Participants must send a confirmation email expressing interest in this procurement.
- All participants must attend the aanwijzing meeting for the clarification of bid documents on the above-mentioned date.
- The Procurement Team reserves the right to reject the registration of prospective bidders if the registration/statement of interest (as referred to in point 2 above) is submitted after the specified deadline.
